Dream Home is designed to help participants to purchase their first home.

The concept of the program is to increase credit worthiness, real estate knowledge, and obtain a mortgage for a home purchase.

This program is implemented through 4 phases:

Phase 1 

Homeownership - General training and education 

Phase 2

Credit Worthiness - The homebuyer works one-on-one with a case manager to create an individualized pathway to homeownership 

Phase 3

Mortgage Readiness - This is the point where the homebuyer can obtain a mortgage and begin to look for their dream home 

Phase 4

Closing - The homebuyer is in process of closing on their dream home
