The goal is to restore properties and create dynamic spaces in which small businesses can start and grow.
In addition, INC is able to provide services to entrepreneurs who are looking to lease a space and assist in the rehabilitation of the space. Rehabilitation of commercial spaces within highly visible commercial corridors is vital to shifting the negative narrative of a neighborhood to a hopeful one.
